Come As You Are. Let's Work Through It Together.

About Me
I became a therapist because I genuinely love helping people feel more understood, less alone, and more connected, to themselves and to others. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, caught in the same arguments with their partner, overwhelmed by anxiety or self-doubt, or unsure of who they are and what they want.
I specialize in working with premarital couples who want to strengthen their relationship before marriage, and with individuals navigating anxiety, relationship stress, or low self-esteem. My goal is to help you build stronger communication, feel more emotionally grounded, and develop the tools to handle life’s challenges with more confidence and clarity.
My clinical approach is collaborative and personalized. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I draw from a range of modalities, including Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Mindfulness, tailoring our work to fit you.
Research shows that one of the most important factors in successful therapy is the relationship between therapist and client, which is why I prioritize creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are.
In session, you can expect a grounded, empathetic presence with a dose of realness and humor. I’m here to support you, challenge you when needed, and celebrate your growth. Therapy with me is a space to feel heard, reflect honestly, and start building a life, and relationships, that feel more like you.
I grew up in the Bay Area and knew early on that I wanted to be a therapist. I’ve always been drawn to meaningful conversations and supporting people through tough moments. Being able to walk alongside someone as they learn more about themselves, deepen their relationships, and grow into who they want to be, that’s what drives my work.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m probably out walking my 4-year-old goldendoodle, savoring every bite of pesto pasta I can get my hands on, soaking up the sun and beach time during summer, and attempting to push myself to graduate from skiing the bunny slopes during the winter.
