About Me

I grew up in the Bay Area and decided early on that I wanted to be a therapist, as I am passionate in supporting others and guiding them to learn more about themselves. Outside of my therapeutic work, I enjoy walks with my 3-year-old golden doodle, savoring every bite of pesto pasta I can get my hands on, soaking up the sun and beach time during summer, and attempting to push myself to graduate from skiing the bunny slopes during the winter.
