Couples Therapy
Relationships can be incredibly rewarding, and incredibly challenging. You don’t have to wait until things get "bad" to seek support. Many couples I work with want to reconnect, understand each other better, and feel more like a team again.

I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth therapy sessions to individuals and couples located anywhere in California. Whether you're juggling a busy schedule, prefer the convenience of meeting from home, or live in an area with limited access to therapy, telehealth makes consistent support more accessible. Therapy should fit into your life, not add stress to it, and virtual sessions can offer the same connection and transformation as in-person work.
