Congrats on your upcoming wedding! While planning your big day is exciting, it is also important to prepare for a strong, lasting marriage.

Premarital counseling is a great way to get ahead of the curve. It helps you and your partner talk openly about the stuff that really counts, things like communication, handling conflict, and making sure you’re on the same page about your goals and values.
When you invest time in counseling before the wedding, you’re investing in your future together. We’ll work through challenges, highlight what’s already working, and set you both up for a marriage that feels solid and loving, long before you say “I do.”
What To Expect
Before our first session, I’ll send you and your partner a thorough assessment to complete at your own pace, it usually takes about 30 minutes. This helps us get a clear picture of your unique relationship dynamics and what to focus on.

In our first session together, we’ll review your assessment responses and lay the groundwork for our work. After that, we’ll dive into important areas like communication skills, conflict resolution, and clarifying your shared goals, making sure you’re both feeling confident and ready for a happy, healthy marriage.
Premarital Therapy Packages
Let’s be real, change takes time, and relationships thrive with consistency. These packages are designed to help you and your partner commit to the process and get the most out of your sessions.
My standard rate is $210 per session, but if you’re ready to dive in, here are a couple of options that offer some savings:
*6-Session Package - $1,197
(Save 5% — $199.50 per session)
Perfect if you want to get started with consistent support and some momentum
*10-Session Package - $1,890
(Save 10% — $189 per session)
Great if you’re ready to commit to deeper work and build lasting tools for your relationship
*Package Policy:
Packages are paid in full at the time of purchase. All sessions must be used within 4 months of the purchase date. Sessions not used within this timeframe will expire and are non-refundable. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of that session without refund. The practice reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Any such exception shall not constitute a waiver of this policy in any other instance.
